In the industrial field, the use environment of the rugged industrial PC is complex, such as dust, high-frequency vibration, etc., which may cause the failure of the industrial computer. How to solve the problem that the rugged industrial PC cannot be started?
The possible reasons why the industrial computer cannot be started are:
Ⅰ. There is no response when the industrial computer starts up, the indicator light of the industrial motherboard does not light up, and the power supply fan does not rotate.
1. First, check whether the power supply of the industrial computer is normal.
2. If the power supply is normal, we can consider whether the power supply of the industrial computer is faulty and use tweezers or wire to short the green and black wires of the ATX power connector. If the power supply and fan of the industrial computer can work normally, it means that the power supply is not faulty. At this time, you should consider whether the industrial motherboard is faulty. We can remove all external devices on the industrial motherboard, leaving only the memory and hard disk, and then start the industrial computer to see if it can run normally. If not, you can remove the memory to see if it alarms; then check whether the CPU is working properly; finally, replace the industrial motherboard and check whether the industrial motherboard is short-circuited or burned out.
Ⅱ. When the industrial computer starts, the power supply fan can run, but it cannot work normally.
1. There is no alarm sound when the industrial computer starts up, and the CPU fan stops rotating for a while, and repeat this. It is considering that there is a problem with the power supply or the CPU is loose. You can re-plug the power supply, discharge the industrial motherboard, clear the CMOS, and reinstall the CPU.
2. There is no alarm sound when the industrial computer starts up, the CPU and fan runs normally, but cannot be initialized normally. It is necessary to analyze whether there are accessories on the industrial motherboard that cause a short circuit or the industrial motherboard is burned out.
3. There is an alarm sound when the industrial computer starts, we can check whether the memory stick is loose, reinsert the memory or replace the memory to see if it can run normally. If not, replace the industrial motherboard.
4. When the industrial computer starts up, it stays on startup interface of the system initialization and cannot proceed to the next step. At this time,we can check the peripheral part to see if there is a U disk and other U disk devices connected. Remove the related equipment and restart, the industrial computer can run normally.
